Free Shipping & Returns on Scissors Terms & Conditions

- We are pleased to now be offering free shipping and returns on all scissor purchases for added peace of mind when shopping for your next tool purchase.

- Scissors must be returned in as new and unused condition with scissor case and accessories included. All returns are subject to approval on a case by case basis. 

- Return will be for credit only no refunds will be issued for change of mind exchanges.

- Returns are limited to one per order any further exchanges will incur shipping charges.

- Returns are to be created via contact with our sales team by contacting info@hardressershardware.com.au where we will issue a returns form and ask some questions around your return.

- Orders are shipped via Sendle courier or via Australia Post. 

- Free shipping on scissor purchases can be combined with other items up to 1kg, any orders in excess of this will need to be placed separately, if orders are placed exceeding this threshold an invoice will be issued and emailed and the order will be held until this is settled.
